Restorative Poses

TO COME

A restorative practice is a passive, softer side of yoga. Props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps) are used to support the body. Postures are held longer as we allow gravity to open the body with passive stretching. This practice calms the body and mind and allow us to be wholly present, focusing on letting go and feeling each nourishing and restorative breath.
