The Kubera Mudra

 

kubera mudraThis mudra is used for achieving goals, confidence, finding objects as well as opening up the sinuses. The Kubera mudra is seen as a physical expression of our deepest desire to stick to a plan and follow through with our goals. It helps to strengthen our committment. 

First, clearly and positively state your desired goal. You may want to write it down and place it where you can see it. Then bring the tips of the thumb, index and middle fingers together. Let the other two fingers bend inward towards the palms. Do this with both hands and hold for several minutes 2 to 3 times each day. Let yourself feel the power and strength behind this practice. You can speak your intention allowed throughout the practice or in your mind. Feel the intention, the desired outcome fill your heart and mind as you breathe deeply and fully.
