Joy Thru Yoga was born out of a desire to help others move forward and grow. Using transformative tools such as yoga, meditation, guided imagery, affirmations, prayer, reiki, etc., we provide support, information and guidance. We support individuals of all backgrounds, ages, shapes, and sizes to connect with themselves and gain a deeper awareness physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We are devoted to promoting self-acceptance, stability, and self-confidence.
On a physical level, we can help you develop flexibility, balance, and strength. Emotionally, we hope to aid in awareness, understanding and release. Mentally, we offer support in bringing peace and clarity to your vision. Spiritually, we provide guidance for self-study, meditation, transformation, and a deeper connection with your divine nature.
